We can vector your low quality artwork for an additional fee.

Most of the time we will email you to let you know your file isn't the best so you can correct it. You have 5 days to respond before we accept the artwork as is and print as is. There will be no reprints, you will have to place another order. Please keep up with your emails.

If you have issues uploading for any reason, place your order and then please email your files to info@hayaku.co with your order number in the subject or somewhere in the body.

Please make sure your file is at least 600DPI for best quality. We are not responsible for pixelated prints. We have the right to refuse service for any reason. Please read the full print terms of service.
