File Requirements

• File format - PDF, PSD, PNG, JPEG, AI, TIFF, EPS are all acceptable
• All fonts in psd or ai must be expanded (turned into an object), we cannot go hunting for a font you have
• Color Format - CMYK(we are not responsible for color differences)
• Image Resolution - 300dpi
  (any less will cause pixelation, we are not responsible for pixelated prints)

If you have issues uploading for any reason, place your order and then please email your files to info@hayaku.co with your order # number in the subject or somewhere in the body.

Please make sure your file is at least 300DPI for best quality. We are not responsible for pixelated prints. We are not responsible for color shifting in blacks and blues due to RGB conversions. We have the right to refuse service for any reason.
